CANCELLATIONS & LATE/EARLY ARRIVALS: 

Your appointments are very important to me. I hold them just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, you please provide me with 24-hour notice.

 I do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do my best to work with you in case of an emergency. 

However, if last-minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be required to pay a non-refundable retainer before any appointments will be accepted.

 As a courtesy, a text/email to confirm the date and time is sent at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and penalties.

All services have a specific time frame and are scheduled as such. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a missed appointment and you will be asked to reschedule.

 Please do not arrive any sooner than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If the door is locked when you arrive, I'm finishing up with a client and will be available shortly.

MINORS/CHILDREN POLICY:

Please arrange childcare prior to your appointment.

Minors permitted only if they are receiving a service themselves, with parental guardian consent/supervision.

BOOKING/PAYMENT:    

You can BOOK ONLINE anytime.

Payment is due at time of service.

Cash and Debit/Major Credit Cards accepted.  No Checks please.
